Location, location, location Always the best price in Richardson point for a room with full kitchenette. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Public areas are great (lounge, fitness center, pool). The property's a bit dated and repairs/maintenance on small items seems to lag. Wireless internet service is sometimes problematic, and very pungent cooking smells from long-term residents sometimes remain in the room. Long-term residents sometimes leave lots of garbage piled near the staircases rather than take them to the dumpster... read more

Good price for a good hotel The room was pleasant and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was decent. I did not stay for very long, even though it was an extended stay but I still enjoyed my time there.

Good experience I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean, comfortable, though it was VERY HOT outside that poor little a/c kept the room cooler than I thought it would. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was excellent! I was able to walk to many places instead of having to drive! I will mention that the carpeting in the hallways need to be re-stretched. Will definitately return!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel services was excellent. The hotel looked very clean and up to date.

Great room for a great price. Very convenient location. However... the name of the hotel is actually extended Stay America. The name mix-up made it very hard to find. (If you are looking for it, it is tucked behind Wendy's.)
