Homestead Suites Dallas A very central location, right off the main highway. The room was clean with the exception of the curtains that have seen better days. I do not spend much time in the room so for my needs of a secure, clean, well priced room is critical it was just right. About the only complaint I would have is that they would start vacuming the hallway at nine in the morning, not allowing for extended sleep if out on the town the night before. Will go back. Since there is a high turn over in rooms, be sure to check your room for cleanliness. We did and found it had not been cleaned. However, we called the desk and immediately, the room was cleaned. My only complaint is that even when you ask for a non-smoking suite, you can be booked on a smoking floor without being told.

Very nice place to stay. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times now and I'm very pleased with the service. The staff are very friendly and will make your stay a good one. The first couple of times I stayed I would have to get extra towels and dishes for my kids, but the last time they already had the towels and dishes in the room waiting on me. Now that's service. Hotel without room service This hotel looked good. Price was good, layout was nice: beds, desk, table, huge frig, stove, dishes, decent sized bathroom. However, there was no maid service. We were there for five days and the maid never came--linens never changed, beds never made, etc. Therefore, the room lost its appeal.
