All is not Bad. I like this Hοtel. This Hotel is not a first-class Hotel. But Hotel employees took good care of me. I thought this Hotel was like my home at the end. The reason why the stars are 3 is the cleaning of the corridor do not be done everyday. Still I like this Hotel.
Cost performance is so so I used this hotel for a business trip. I evaluate presuming if I spent my own money for this stay. Reception service was good. Facilities were old but not dirty. I cannot say that the shared space was cleaned enough as the dead insects were left on the floor of the passage. You can eat free oatmeal, muffins and fruits for breakfast, but I got tired of them and stop eating them except for coffee and oranges.
it was ok I was shocked at the additional $70 deposit especially since we were only there for 5 hours

The hotel was in need of some minor repairs in the room other than that it was great.
Nice hotel near many amenities A lot of the reviews for this hotel have been on the negative side, but our stay was fine. Our room was clean. The location was very convenient for us. We were within 3 miles of all of the places we needed to go for the weekend. I have stayed at other Extended Stays, and this one was just as fine. My only suggestion for the room would be to have some common things in the kitchen like soap, paper towels, and things like that. Muy agradable y confortable la estancia en el hote Una muy buena opción para los casos en que tienes que hacer una estancia prolongada, tiene todos los servicios, los cuartos tienen cocina equipada lo que permite ahorrar preparando la comida. El hotel cuenta con un área común muy agradable y con alberca. Se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo y con fácil acceso a las vías rápidas en Richardson y Plano en Texas.
