My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I checked in, I was first placed in a dirty room. Although I was later offered a different room, Miriam,the front desk clerk attitude throughout the process was extremely unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I hadn’t paid for my stay and made me feel singled out and unwelcome. No guest deserves to be treated with disrespect especially after paying their money to stay somewhere that’s supposed to feel safe and comfortable. Room floor dirty/greasy/slippery. Room had been smoked in and wreaked with cigarette smell. Tub faucet broken. Lav. sink had stains. Carpet dirty. Room not well lit. Recliner had a 6 inch slit on the cushion.

rudest front office staff i have ever dealt with. and while i was there, wouldn’t take my ID and also was rude to someone on the phone, then someone that came in, just practically yelled at everyone that came to the desk and acted like we should be kissing her rear end for the privilege

No ceiling lights in rooms, no shower curtains, no elevator

From day one, on Friday until my departure on Monday morning. there was standing water. in my bathtub. I wasn't asked or offered to move to another room. due to no maintenance available on weekends.

Sofa was not working, no extra pillow and sheet for sofa sleeper. No shampoo and no hand towels.

When we got there we had to wait at the doors for 10 minutes because they were locked and no one was in the lobby I think more there was more people in front of us that waited 20 minutes their is a phone so you can call the front lobby and that didn’t help
