Good stay for the price We only stayed one night, but was very impressed for the price we payed. We will definitely consider this hotel when we are in the area again.

Homestead Suites - Good Value for the Cost We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during our relocation to Dallas, primarily due to price and location. We were somewhat hesitant to stay there. However, we found the hotel to be clean and well cared for, and we found the staff to be polite and very helpful. We were surprisingly pleased with our overall stay, and will stay there again during our transition. It is not a luxury property, but it is very good value for the price.

This property has had no hot water for about a month, which is completely unacceptable. Despite this ongoing issue, management continues to raise room rates and refuses to offer any discounts or compensation to guests. Hot water is a basic necessity, not a luxury. Very disappointing experience and poor management response to a serious problem.

This was a good hotel at one time, now it is way past it’s prime. It is not much better than a Motel 6. If you stay here be prepared to buy everything, and the wifi does not work.

There was a cockroach on the bed when I stayed. My family never got a full refund, we spent the rest of the night trying to find another hotel.

NO aminities were available. Pool closed, work out room closed and poop all over. The place stinks.

no kitchen stuff at all. m/w...cooktop...fridge..vanity all included..clean room...mostly all adults...cheapest place around...no coffee anywhere...no coffee pot...staff unconcerned like cant wait to punch out...no working remote in room !! "who cares"!!!
