would never stay there again... Booked this hotel because it cost a little less then the surrounding options, but not much. I thought I would save a few bucks as I would only be there one night and could deal without an amenity or two....no big deal. Wrong! Worst decision. This place reeks of smoke, both the bedroom and common areas (I had a non-smoking room). Bed was hard as a rock. Linens are cheap and thin. Food stains on the counter tops. Its Alright Nothing fancy, staff was mostly friendly, they only vacuumed once a week for long stay rentals, only one pot and pan in the room. At least the AC worked.

Homestead Suites in Richardson, Tx The hotel was just ok. The noise level was very, very high with people going in and out of rooms all night. Very bad location of electrical outlets. Location however was very good

Ok for the price - smelled like smoke in hallways. It was "surface area clean" for the most part but as soon as we walked into the lobby we were hit by a strong smell of smoke. Then when we entered the hotel to go to our room again we were hit by a really strong smell of smoke that took me back to the 1980s. Our room was non-smoking and I don't think it smelled too bad. Ok in richardson Breakfast was minimal. Just afew bagels and coffee. The internet connection was for a fee of 5.00 and was slow and the next day was so slow that it was unusable.

Homestead Stes Richardson This hotel was only ok. I had to stay one night because of the bad weather. The bed was a little lumpy, there was mold around the tub. The carpet appeared warn and dirty. It was fine for one night but I realize this is an extended stay hotel, but I would hate to stay more then a few nights.
