Prepaid Room was given away leaving me stranded I can't say how the hotel was but am forced to give a rating so I rated it all poor. My prepaid room was given away and I was left stranded at 2:45AM. Service person was rude and unhelpful. Hotel.com intervened and was able to find another room - unfortunately at twice the price. I would say NEVER pre-pay for a room at Extended Stay. Better yet, if you're a business traveller with an unpredictable travel schedule, just steer clear.

Unhelpful staff that is more concerned about hearing themselves talk rather than solving issues

Ok experience Room was smelly like a standing water smell.

Bathtub was clogged and there were no other rooms available. Apparently had a shortage of staff and could not get all the vacant rooms cleaned. There was always a shortage of towels.

Bed Bugs....Stinky Feet & Ashtray's Bed Bugs underneath bed covers...Room had horrible smell that was crossed between stinky feet & an ashtray. There idea of a continental breakfast is a bag of oatmeal!.....Don't waste your time there...Not worth the money!

Do not stay here ! This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I arrived at 1:00 AM to find the doors locked. I rang the bell and after about 5 minutes the clerk came. She would not let me in because she could not find my paperwork . She would not even come to the door to look at the reservation on my phone. I had to call hotels.com . She argued with them and would still not let me in! Finally after paperwork was faxed she let me in. It was after 2:00 AM when I finly got to my room. Do not stay here.

Bad Stay America "Hotel is in great need of refurbishing! I believe they were doing the second floor but of course I was on the 1st floor! I had a nice view of the pool area. But that was the only nice thing. It's just too old and dirty for my taste. I had to stay there to be in close proximity to my son' s house in Richardson. The air was very stale in the room, the bed was like a rock and so were the pillows. Overall I would NEVER stay there again or recommend that particular extended stay America . Hotels.com Is A Joke Never got to stay. The dope at hotels.com booked a room with a hotel that was completely booked. On top of that, she could hardly speak english.
