Bad room The breakfast that they said they have was very bad specially if you have small children. Rooms were not cleanly enough

No elevator in a 2-story hotel! The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, there was no elevator, check-in man was very unattentive & could care less, the tubs were dirty, the linens were mismatched, and there were barely any toiletries. The hotel was sold out of 1 st floor rooms and without an elevator it was pointless to use the bellhop cart to move all the gear we had with 2 small children & 2 adults. Horrible Had to stay at this hotel while waiting for my house to be ready. Worst place I have ever stayed.

poor management . they hardly work on thingrequest the lights were not working when I checked in. even after complaining 2 times no work done . had to stay in dark for 4 days.

Not worth it... We had several issues with this hotel. The room was not booked properly. When they tried to give us another room, the room was missing beds and they put us in a third one, which had a bad odor. Finally, the fourth one worked. Overall, it is not worth it. I will not stay in this hotel in the future because there are several good options around it.

Older hotel, seemed to be "locked down' at night The facility seemed to need to be locked up at night, which didn't inspire confidence that this was a safe area. I could hear other hotel guests fighting down the hall. When I left the hotel there was an abusive conversation going on at the front desk between a guest and management.
