Poor condition and not clean Loby of hotel not reflective of rest of facility. While room initially appeared clean, carpet in state of disrepair, bathroom was disgusting (gross and mildeew; took photographs) and could not get air conditioning cool enough. Will not stay tthere again and will recommend others not, too...over-priced forr experience.

Do not stay here if you have any alternative. My room was on the second floor. There is no elevator, so pack light. My desk lamp did not work, so bring a light. It took two days to get the light replaced. The linoleum floor in the kitchen area was peeling up in the corners. There was a wad of gum on the carpet between the bed and night stand. The TV would fly by two channels every time I pressed up or down on the remote. The deadbolt to the room would not set. I was only able to use the flip lever to secure my door. The toli... read more

not next time... I won't stay here again. Taking the hotel off my options for this trip next year. There is "stuff" on the picture frames, stains on the curtains, no hangers, a phone without digits or buttons and doesn't work plus the bed is like lying on the floor. There are exposed nail holes in the walls (as if they just didn't feel like filling them when they removed artwork). Not a keeper I had to spend one night, from 8pm on and since the hotel was conveniently located and had a special price, I took it. It was clean. Bath area was very clean and shower was good. That's about all I can say. Needs upgrading desperately! Chairs in my room were old and stained, walls were scarred, TV was old and remote buttons hard to press. No free wifi. Homestead Studio Suites Richmond,Tx. We stayed 2 nights the room was not serviced after the first night. The toilet was broken and would barley flush we ended up lifting the lid on the tank to get it to flush. When we booked the room it said it include breakfast but come to find out they only serve breakfast on week days. We there on a weekend.

Homewood Suites in Richardson Tx.(off Campbell The carpet on the stairs was dirty, the building did not smell clean and fresh. The hotel room was sprayed with so much (room spray) it bothered our allergies. We had to sleep with the window open and the a/c on to try and breath fresh air. High expectations, left disappointed. I was visiting Labor Day week and stayed there for 5 days. Once I checked in andwent to my room I realized they gave me a room with two twin beds when I asked for a king size bed room. I was never notified of this even tho my reservation had been booked a week in advance. Then I was moved to a room where the curtains were stained, found bugs, and the pillowcases were disgusting.
