Terrible hotel We had to ask for a new room because the sheets in our room with dirty. The hotel smelled, the floor was filthy, and it was just a terrible experience. If a clean stay is a priority, then I recommend you stay elsewhere.
Horrible experience We could not even get a room he booked on hotels.Com at 3 in the morning me and my fiance we went to the hotel the lady in the front was very rude I never been talked like that in my life she threaten to call the police if we didn't leave said she had no rooms even though we just booked the room

Warning...it is a dump Towels smelled, mold in tube, heater loud... I left after one night of a two night visit to Richardson.
Extended Stay America Review, Richardson, Tx The room was fair the front desk personal were terrible. I have never been in a Hotel or Motel were the front desk made me feel unwanted and unwelcome. It was not just one but all three that I met were unfriendly and acted like they had a chip on their shoulder and guest was nothing but a bother. It was my first time at Extended Stay America and it will be my last!

I room had a bad smell and I wish i knew before hand that they charged your card and placed a hold on your cad for incidentals before hand.
