First floor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke as did our room. My friend was lying in her bed and a centipede crawled on her - how gross was that! When we left this morning, there were two individuals sleeping in the front lobby. "breakfast" is a loose term....packaged granola bars, instant oatmeal and coffee was what they offered. And for all of this, we paid WAY too much money - more than $170 per night! It was an awful experience.

The bed was like a rock. Overall it wasn’t horrible but I come for the sleep and the sleep was terrible.

Wrong room...but Melissa and Ashley we're very sweet...if I wanted the room I requested and paid for would have been More $$$...the entire experience was awful...had to fix my own bathtub...clean my room..and paid a maid $20.00 just to sweep...I will use a different company...not your fault

The free breakfast is put away by 9:30am, it’s just grab and go though.

The clerk that checked us in Peggy we had the girl that clean the room come into the room to notice it was freezing cold she still didn't do anything she came up to the room and said oh it will get warmer it was 40 degrees outside in 20 degrees in the room she told us to go turn it off for an hour and turn it back on and it was dark we just got finished driving 15 hours so we fell asleep we woke up colder she had left her shift and didn't even tell the next clerk about our room if it hadn't been for the other girl changing o... read more

Stains on bed. Nasty!!! Reported to front desk and nothing was done.

Wouldn't stay there again. Checked in and they stated that they only had 2 rooms on their reservation screen and that they were completely sold out. I showed them my reservations confirming 3 double rooms. Was able to get 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with a single bed. Had to have one person sleep on the floor. Obviously because we didn't arrive there until late that night (10:00 PM) they gave are room away and we were lucky that at least they were able to find another room.
