Everything! Staff not welcoming. Heater/AC ridiculously noisy. Road noise makes it impossible to sleep, TV remote doesn’t work.

Room was ok but check-in staff was subpar. Breakfast was worst one we have ever had.

How is this place on this app? It's basically a Sec8, assisted living, and homeless shelter, masked as a hotel. The place is run down, has shady people everywhere, doors are broken, and have gaps, bathroom lights will give you an epileptic seizure, and needs a warning about it. Bathroom is gross, and loose toilet.The lobby looks like a retirement home full of sick elderly people. All the Babymommas live there too. This is NOT okay!!

When I arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk stated that they had a water problem and there were no rooms available. I would like a refund of any charges as soon as possible

Booking unavailable rooms online I am unable to give an honest feedback about the room itself due to the fact that after having put in my reservation and paid for my room when I went to get my key I was informed that they didn't have my room yet it was still listed online for sale.
