The room we booked was not cleaned. We had to be assigned to another room which did not have the correct size bed, but was what was available. The room was non-smoking, but the prior resident was a supposed a long term resident that clearly smoked. The room was clean but did smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel, outside and in places inside, smelled strongly of marijuana. Several homeless looking/ rough individuals hang around this hotel. This was a poor stay and i would not recommend this hotel. The room felt dirty as there were at least two roaches crawling about. There was no waste basket in the room and the bathroom sink was plumbed in reverse: hot water was delivered when the faucet handle was turned to the right.

We would not recommend that anyone stay here. We walked into the lobby and walked right back out. The place is a dump. The person behind the counter could hardly speak English. I can only imagine what the rest of the place looked like. If I were Hotels.com, I certainly wouldn't have this place on my roster of places to stay.

A bit disappointed The air conditioner was very loud as was the fan/light in the bedroom. Dresser drawers were broken. We reserved a king size bed and got 2 queen(?) . When I went down to talk to them, could not find anyone.

I had to change my room from a king size to a small seems like a full size bed, the receptionist was very friendly and sweet but I hated my room. The tub had rust in it so I didn't shower, the light vent was very noisy, the guest were outside loud all night playing music, the hallway floors were nasty filled with dog hair and the whole hotel smelt bad. My room smelled like a sewer on top of that my air conditioner was loud.

When we checked in we went to the room. There are no ice makers in the hotel and we had one tray in the freezer that was half empty. We went to the desk and requested another ice cube tray, and some glasses. I guess I expected too much - I thought there would at least be glasses, if only paper cups in the room! There was a car parked in the disabled spot out front that had the driver's side door taped shut with wide tape all over it. Staff was great but I gave it poor rating because we had muffins from the grab and go breakfast and they had mild! My son ate some of it before I was able to catch it, I expressed this to the lady at the front desk later that day and she just brushed me off (black hair glasses) the room had ants even on the beds The overall room was worn down, water from shower and sink took forever to drain, we had to wait a day to get extra towels that we never received, the curtains were not in place and didn’t close all the way, the air ... read more

6:30 am fire alarm went off , false alarm I guess . no one at the desk to check out ! Took forever to check in clerk wasn’t there. People smoking pot on premises.
