We checked in. First room was never cleaned. Trash everywhere bed not made or cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like weed and tabacco. Went downstairs to show pictures. They gave us another room. This one was clean but someone removed the smoke detector and left it on the bed. All the windows un the hotel were open for reasons unknown. They overbooked and refused to do anything. Front desk was not helpful and actually rude.
Hotel was noisy someone stomping on floor above day and night. Requested maid service and it never came. Was happy to leave. Have stayed at hotel before but it has gone down, will not stay again.
Stay away. We arrived at 6pm and were met by a woman working the front desk who was less than happy to be there. The hotel was dirty and smelled of smoke and marijuana. The room was also dirty. The floor was sticky and we could not remove our shoes. The outlets were broken as was the remote. Then in the morning a cockroach was crawling on the side table. Horrible Hotel We wore shoes because the floor made our feet dirty. Two lamps but one light bulb and an act of congress to get another. Two people but only 3 pillows on the bed so we asked the front desk for another pillow and was told there are no pillow to give so we went and bought an extra pillow. Told the night shift girl that story and she said all the girl had to do was go to the linen/utility closet and get one. Never had such a hostile reception when I came to register. Was refused a room on the top floor, subsequently, the noise from the upper floor kept me awake all night. The grounds and hallways were littered and filthy. The room's floor was sticky
Not good I don't like giving bad reviews, but this one serves as a heads up. This place had a sparsely attended front desk over the weekend with a grumpy intentionally illusive attendant (NOTE: Monday produced a fresh person with a smile her face). The hallway we were on had multiple dogs, one of which had to be muzzled because it was legitimately dangerous (it was in the hall when I came out in the morning and the woman owner had to jerk it away from me growling).
