After driving 9 hours, we arrived to the property at 11 pm and were told there wasn’t a room for us. We were told to go to their other location, which was 25 minutes back in the direction from which we had just been driving. This added another 30 minutes on to the 7 1/2 hour drive we needed to finish to get to our final destination the next morning. HORRIBLE DISGUSTING ROOM AND PROPERTY
Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1) Elevator wasn't working 2) Horrible smell in hallways 3) Even worse smell in room 4) Shower drained very slowly 5) Was that string cheese in the hallway? 6) Public housing is likely better

Booked and paid for a room. Drove 5 hours and when i showed up they said sorry we dont have any rooms. So unprofessional. Parking lot was full of people just standing around, wasnt very inviting. Would not attempt to stay here ever again.

It was terrible the toilet was clogged the front desk lady was on drugs and slowest hell didn't know what she was doing and then they charged me not only once but twice for the room

Had a reservation booked online and it still took 20 minutes to book me in. She said they were short handed. The remote in the room was broken. The lamp beside the bed didn't work. Curtains would not close completely unless they were pulled together and then put a weight on it. Not sure if the rooms are supposed to have a blow dryer or not, there wasn't one.
