The room smelled musty and moldy. I saw bugs as soon as I opened the door. The room look like it had been cleaned long ago, but now there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not a real mattress....it was yellow foam covered with a mattress cover. The sheets and pillowcases had a lot of stains on them. The shower/bath was chipped in several places. The toilet seat was broken.

We pre booked here months prior but When I arrived we were given a room key of someone else’s room when we opened the door someone was in the shower cause I could hear it running and all of their things all over the room so I left our immediately. We went here last year and it was ok Decide to go back and visit family and this place was horrible They gave usthe key cards and we went up stairs and there was someone in the there taking a shower now if it was that easy for us to walk in on someone the same could happen to us, the lady at the desk didn't even know anyone was in there then she had to find another room so we asked her could we still get a single bed she lied and stated they didn't have anymore we said fine, come to find out they did have one after 30 minute... read more

The beds were clean. The rest of the room was run down. No door handle on the bathroom. The curtains would not close. The closet shelves were falling down. The room smelled bad. The furniture was old.

Worst service ever. Staff had a very lousy attitude and made you feel like a major inconvenience. Will never stay at an extended stay again!
