The tv didn't work. Staff didn't care then we discovered bed bugs and were bit by them

Do not go here This was the most disgusting hotel I believe I’ve ever seen. When I arrived, a smoke alarm was going off on the top floor with the window open and people talking very loud from the room. When I got inside, there were two children playing in the hallway at almost 11 PM unsupervised. The walls looked very greasy and hallways appeared dim. The odor was also unpleasant. Front staff very nice Hotel very dirty, rooms smelled. Hallways smelled like marijuana day and night. Roaches in our 1st room and then moved to different room and more roaches in 2nd room. Unable to change hotels bcuz of full bookings elsewhere and we had already paid the amount. Not good for families, strange people walking around property and walking through bushes beside property.

This property is poorly maintained and the area was surrounded by homeless people who made me feel uncomfortable. The photos are not representative of the property and neighborhood area. I cancelled the other 3 nights and went elsewhere.

Clean. Didn't have any breakfast as advertised. This is deceptive to customers.

Will not stay here again Out of breakfast. Staff never was at the front desk. Bugs in shower
