Towels are worn.One towel even had a hole. Lobby smelled liked Marijuana. Internet never worked. Kitchen should have silverware already. Stove barely works. Bathroom wasn't well cleaned. Room didn't smell very good. Room should have better lighting (led). I expected a little bit better

Looks like they are putting up a lot of homeless people in this Hotel. The staff are friends with these homeless people staying in the Hotel. I was in a non-smoking room but you good smell smoke everywhere. They need better staff to run this Hotel.

Smoke and weed smell in the lobby which was coming in the room too. Noisy refrigerator and non working cloth iron.

Cuando llegamos a hacer el cheking no funcionaba el ascensor, no nos cobraron el deposito por el inconveniente. El desayuno decia que era completo solo habia cafe y biszcochos.

Landscaping outside needs more attention of manicuring. Inside hallways had all sorts of debris on the floors. Elevators were out of order. We had to walk two flights of stairs with luggage for two days. It was the worst two days I ever encounter at a hotel.
