This property is clearly designed to be a long stay hotel. The price is good, but if you're expecting extras, you'll pay for them. The staff is friendly and competent, but this is not a 24 hour a day staffed hotel. One night our keys had somehow been disabled when we returned about 10:30 pm. It took a half hour to get someone to let us into our room. Our room was quite adequate for my wife and me. It had a kitchen with 2 burners, a microwave, and a good sized fridge. I like the spacious rooms and ammenities. The towels were straight up dirty though

Friendly and Affordable Very affordable, and the team overall is very friendly. My suggestion would be that when people are staying for an extended stay, there is more communication about when they can have their rooms cleaned.

Minimalist hotel yet comfortable eating out areas not very close. hotel is in Industrial area. no carpet in room makes the room seem cheaper. beds were comfortable though. animal friendly.

Staff was the rudest i have ever encountered. Most of it. There was ONE nice lady my husband met in our entire weeks stay. No one had an excuse for being so rude. I want to point out how unfair and ridiculous it is that we can't get new towels or sheets unless we pay them and housekeeping only comes every 14 days. Literally i have 2 kids. Why should i pay for clean towels and sheets. So we got past that. Then we leave and they charge my card $86 freaking dollars. I call.
