The hotel seemed like there were people living here. There was a lot of noise from the room above us. We did not get any clean towels

Thin walls otherwise adequate

They said it was non smoking, but my room had that stale smoke smell. Probably just an older hotel that previously allowed smoking. There were no instructions on what to do when checking out at 5am. Went to the front desk but it was closed. A small sign was set out on the desk saying the operating hours. It have info on how to check in early (call a phone number), but nothing about checking out early. I called the number and they said I should wait for the desk to open at 7am.
