The room was not very clean, the hallways had big stains on the carpets, the "free breakfast" was coffe with a few light snacks. Corporate Extended Stay America clearly does not care to grow their customer base. The price of $97 per night was way too high for what it turned out to be. Spartan rooms - matresses on top of metal spring frames, linens weren't renewed often enough so even "clean" towels have stains, etc. There were no 24/7 staff and no instructions on how to check out if no one was on duty. On the plus side, the shower pressure was strong enough to get a great massage, but in general the place was filthy and seemed like more of a halfway house for recovering addicts or inmates. Also, there was loud music and people banging around all night long.
Not worth the money saved Honestly one of the worst stays in a hotel I've had in a while. First of all, it was clean ish. As in, at first glace it looks fine, but as you look more closely, you realize they cut corners to get it done - hair still in the tub, corners of the floor thick with dust and grime, walls covered in dirty foot prints. Elevator didn’t work we had to carry all of our luggage by stairs , lock on door didn’t work , cops show up at hotels looking for someone,will not stay here again ever !!!
Did not stay Elevator broken down and only stairs available, too much to carry up stairs and my wife could not climb the stairs. Ended up not staying and found another hotel.
