Very dirty and rude environment

The only thing good about this place is the staff. They do their best to accommodate. It seems as though the owners aren't into correctly repairing broken items.

Not as clean as it looks The place LOOKS clean but after looking around, it really wasn't. Hair in the bathroom in various places and the night before leaving, we saw a small cockroach in the room. The beds were not comfortable and the shower felt like needles. We were thankful to have a room after our other booking was canceled and finding a place to accommodate a dog was great.

The halls stunk like dirty, maybe soiled carpet? The mirror in the bathroom looked old and tarnished. It appeared that there were people who perhaps lived in the hotel for extended periods of time.

Hotel must hate disabled people!!!! Elevator is always breaking down stranding disabled people on 2nd to 4th floors. none of the entry keypads on outside doors work. Workers there are very non responsive about problems.
