Rude Employees Had a leaking bathroom sink and unable to fix/switch rooms - leaked all over bathroom floor non-stop
They were unfriendly and made things complicated
It's Convenient) Lots of Cops at the Hotel.
I have an issue with being sent to second floor room and not having an elevator to bring my equipment up to the room. I am a 69 year old man with recent hip replacement and even if I were a health man, it would not have worked for me. I assume I was refunded, but I won't know for a few weeks when I can go through my accounts.
Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower too small. Elevator was not working and stairway was dirty
