Terrible No after hours help. Couldnt get our key. Teenagers challenging my husband in the lobby

Needs Improvement We only stayed for 2 nights. When we arrived it was good. When we got to our room the t.v. didn't work and when we called about it we were treated like we were bothering them. Finally we were moved to a different room due to the t.v. not working in that room. The room we moved to was ok until we opened the microwave and there was taco bell left in there that was not ours. Therefore it was not cleaned well after the last guests.

Not impressed There were no instructions for a late check in. There just happened to be a custodian walking by who told me to access my key in a lock box with a code (which I did not know). A few random tries yielded the password access for the key. The wireless access was not free. There was no hairdryer - nor any personnel to bring one up to the room. There was no shampoo etc.
