Dreadful Hotel My room was on the smoking floor and I am not a smoker. I was told I might be able to move to a non-smoking room after the weekend. They were not able to move me to a non-smoking floor and I found an other hotel. One night there was a man unconscious on the stair to the west entrance of the hotel. I did not feel safe when I returned to the hotel at night. I will never stay at this hotel chain.

Would not sleep under the covers Park Meadows is an affluent area near the Denver Tech Center and offers many amenities. But if you can, stay somwhere else other than this hotel. The individuals that loiter near the building is the first indication. Check-in: be prepared to be ignored. Once waited upon: don't expect the room you booked. I booked a queen and got two doubles because I checked in too early (2:30 pm) on a Saturday. The room: just not clean to normal living standards. So so Not very nice and minimal comfort. Cheaper hotel with location the only positive.

Didn't get the rooms we had ordered. We had made reservations for two rooms with Queen Beds and got just Double Beds. It also took way too long to get checked in when we arrived. We won't stay there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE... DO NOT GO HERE!!! Oh my God, this was the worst place I have EVER stayed and I travel alot. Paid for a non-smoking Queen and got a SMOKING Double.... If it wasn't midnight I would have looked elsewhere. Took forever to check in. See the photos of my first impression at the front desk. Purses, McDonalds, Cleaning Supplies.... REALLY? Very polite, but inexperienced staff Adequate for a pretty low rate. If one is looking for an adequate place to stay, would recommend ESA. Don't go there if you are looking for luxury. I didn't get a receipt.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty I was very disgusted with the room. The bathroom toilet had pee on the seat. There was animal hai allover the bed, on and inside the pillow cases. The counter top had coffee stains and dried up food all over. The fridge and microwave were covered in black smears from never being cleaned and my non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was by far the worest I've ever stayed in.
