good place good experience, We checked out early ( 2 Days early) and our refund was denied. we well look elsewhere for our travel site.

What a Dump! This hotel is located in an upper middle class area and I had higher expectations. I choose it to be close to the Park Meadows mall. The room was dirty, big holes in the blanket, dirty bed spread, kitchenette was dirty, bed was extremely hard and I heard everyone taking a shower, using the toilet and televisions. Most hotels are not sound proof, but this was extreme.

Very noisy. Wasn't able to sleep very well. Bed was very hard and the people in the room up above were very noisy. The bed sheets weren't clean.

Buyer beware... Well.. this hotel was not as clean as I would have liked. Also, there were bedbugs.. or something that kept biting me at night. Used some bedbug spray...and it was better. Staff was friendly and it was prety quiet. Certainly not like home.

Would never stay there again We booked a non-smoking room but were placed in a smoking room. It was disgusting! They refused to move us or make any attempt to remedy the situation. In addition, we had to wait 10 minutes or longer each time we went to the front desk - it was not manned. Don't stay there!

Pay a little more for something better My room the first night smelled pretty bad. Old smoke I think, but I'm not sure. The bathroom was not really clean. The TV didn't work (beside the fact that there were no batteries in the remote). I changed rooms in the morning. This room smelled better, but still not good. The TV worked but the bathroom still wasn't as clean as I'd like. The new room key (plastic with holes in it) wouldn't open the building entrances which was particularly frustrating the night I arrived back after 11 ... read more

Not Impressed Overall I was not impressed with this hotel. It was not very clean at all. My room had stains all over on the floors and the bedspread. We were going to use the kitchen to make dinner but when we opened the cupboard to use the dishes, they were all dirty with food stuck to them. They did not provide any complimentary shampoos or body soaps. Our room was not cleaned once by housekeeping while we were there. I do not recommend staying here at all.

Needs Improvement The bed size I requested via hotels.com was unavailable in a non-smoking room. So, I ended up with 2 doubles instead of a queen. However, the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray- it probably would have smelled the same no matter what type of room you had. The evening cleaning woman was very helpful- even called me at 2:30 am at my request to let me know my lost bag from the airport had arrived.
