Pay a little more for something better My room the first night smelled pretty bad. Old smoke I think, but I'm not sure. The bathroom was not really clean. The TV didn't work (beside the fact that there were no batteries in the remote). I changed rooms in the morning. This room smelled better, but still not good. The TV worked but the bathroom still wasn't as clean as I'd like. Not Impressed Overall I was not impressed with this hotel. It was not very clean at all. My room had stains all over on the floors and the bedspread. We were going to use the kitchen to make dinner but when we opened the cupboard to use the dishes, they were all dirty with food stuck to them. They did not provide any complimentary shampoos or body soaps. Our room was not cleaned once by housekeeping while we were there. I do not recommend staying here at all.

Needs Improvement The bed size I requested via hotels.com was unavailable in a non-smoking room. So, I ended up with 2 doubles instead of a queen. However, the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray- it probably would have smelled the same no matter what type of room you had. The evening cleaning woman was very helpful- even called me at 2:30 am at my request to let me know my lost bag from the airport had arrived.

Needs Improvement We only stayed for 2 nights. When we arrived it was good. When we got to our room the t.v. didn't work and when we called about it we were treated like we were bothering them. Finally we were moved to a different room due to the t.v. not working in that room. The room we moved to was ok until we opened the microwave and there was taco bell left in there that was not ours. Therefore it was not cleaned well after the last guests.

Not impressed There were no instructions for a late check in. There just happened to be a custodian walking by who told me to access my key in a lock box with a code (which I did not know). A few random tries yielded the password access for the key. The wireless access was not free. There was no hairdryer - nor any personnel to bring one up to the room. There was no shampoo etc.
