Not Impressed The first night I was there the fire alarm went off and woke me from a sound sleep, the piercing sound is still vibrating my brain...it took about an hour to get shut off...my microwave oven was full of spilled coffee from another stay that was never cleaned up in the 3 nights I was there even though it was reported...the hotel was dirty and unqualified people trying to run the front desk at times.
HORRIBLE This place is horrible! Do not stay here. The rooms are not clean. There are pee stains on the mattress, the carpet is nasty, don't take your shoes off, they moved us 3 times and all 3 times the rooms were gross! I didn't have a choice but to stay but I will not be going back to this hotel! The staff was nice but the rooms are gross! The tubs were dirty, just not a clean place to stay.
Bad night Our first stay at this hotel was excellent. On our second stay, we were in a different room. The beds were so noisy! Every time I rolled over, the noise woke me up--and also my roommate. When she rolled over, it woke ME up. We found a different motel for the second night.
so-so stay-likely won't stay here again Had to wait for room to be ready, wasn't the room I was expecting, very noisy location on ground floor next to entry/exit door. Bed very uncomfortable, air conditioner worked great.
good place good experience, We checked out early ( 2 Days early) and our refund was denied. we well look elsewhere for our travel site.
What a Dump! This hotel is located in an upper middle class area and I had higher expectations. I choose it to be close to the Park Meadows mall. The room was dirty, big holes in the blanket, dirty bed spread, kitchenette was dirty, bed was extremely hard and I heard everyone taking a shower, using the toilet and televisions. Most hotels are not sound proof, but this was extreme.
Very noisy. Wasn't able to sleep very well. Bed was very hard and the people in the room up above were very noisy. The bed sheets weren't clean.
