management seemed like they did not care checked in and put some items in fridge / freezer . turned fridge on . came back approx five hours later fridge was hotter than when we left. Nobody on duty to get this resolved. next morning they put us in another room and stated we would have to see management next day about items that gone bad. the new room had a broken recliner . Run Away If you are looking for a hotel with uncomfortable beds is dirty and next to freeway noise then you have found it. I will say the staff is friendly, but I wouldn't stay here unless it was one of the last places available in the Denver area.

Not great The front desk staff was VERY friendly, however, not real helpful. I had a room where the faucet in the tub ran consistently. I reported it, and asked for a different room, because it was the hot water that leaked, and made the room very humid and hot! It sucked. I took a shower and still felt sticky from all the humidity. I opened a window, and after it cooled off a bit, the window would not close. It was stuck open. The water pressure was very very low. Not Impressed!!! No ice machines, only 2 ice trays in freezer. Beds hard and very uncomfortable. Have to ask for clean towels daily or pay extra to have room cleaned. Small TV, hard to see from bed. Front desk always pleasant and helpful.. Just not convient.

Convenient and cheap but depressing This hotel is conveniently located and the price was well below others in the area but you get what you pay for. The halls had litter on the floor and the room was very sparsely furnished. About the only thing you can say about this hotel was that it was a place to sleep. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and the feeling was that you were staying in a boarding house.

I cannot recommend Checked in on Sunday out Wednesday AM. I am a hotel guy for years. Arrival - Nice lady. Your desk area and staff area trashed. Common areas - dirty Elevators - Trashed. I asked the FD clerks to have Housekeeping to clean them. Someone butted out a smoke in the elevator on Tuesday. Checked out Wednesday everything was still trashed. Elevator landing & Hallways - Not cleaned for 3 days Room. Felt very uncomfortable. Stuck it out because I worked in the area. Furniture in room - dated and dirty. Bathroom - Cl... read more

Although the hotel was in a great location the place was a dump. The rooms were small and uncomfortable, and the rest of the hotel was filthy and unorganized. Will never stay there again!
