At check in we stood and waited nobody there there was a sign that said they were helping someone else. We saw that we walked right by the person to check us in who was outside with her headset on dancing with a guy. She finally came in with her headset still on. Seemed unprofessional.
Perfectly fine. Had to ask for glassware and a blanket but no problems after that.

Great room for money!! It's the best deal for the price, place is clean, staff leave you alone, no body is there to bother you. Definitely recommended

Ok for price, customer service needs work Horrible front desk service. Acted completely inconvenienced and irritated if you called or came to front desk for anything. Even checking in!

Adequate we chose this hotel for the location and the kitchen. The kids would have liked to have a pool but they survived without one. The room we stayed in was clean and didn’t have any lingering odor. The employee we encountered was helpful and friendly I’m sure we added plenty to his already busy schedule. I was disappointed in the hide-a-bed it was a twin size bed which in itself was not a problem my boys are younger and would have fit fine but the mattress was so poor that the springs poked even the baby and the boys en... read more
