Home Away From Home My family and I stayed at Homestead DTC in Greenwood Village for 5 days and 4 nights. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, and the hotel clerk was just as refreshed as if it were bright and early the next morning. The staff was courteous and polite and the accommodations were safe and clean. In summary, we do not have to worry about having a safe, clean place to stay when we're in Denver. Good hotel at a good price on weekends The hotel was clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very Good for the Price! I can't remember paying so little for a room. Considering the price, it was an excellent value. I had a kitchenette suit, it was very clean. Pillows weren't so comfortable, but that is minor. For stays less than a week there is no housekeeping. For clean sheets and towels, you must bring them downstairs for exchange. This was fine for me. There were spares in the closet and for this trip, I preferred not being disturbed by housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again.

Affordable and clean. First night was greeted by the sound of a barking dog across the hall. Every time a guest would pass the room the dog would bark for ten minutes. I called front desk after an hour of constant barking, which they resolved. The dog did bark on a number of other occasions throughout my stay of 4 days.I would recommend that long term guest with dogs be isolated to top floor corner rooms.It was apparent that these guest were residing here as their primary address with children and dog.Other than that ,staff ... read more

Great Room for Price They are very accomodating.... They don't knock on the door every morning waking you up for housekeeping.... The front desk have really neat people working it... I love it here!!!
