this is the second time we've tried to book this hotel and they never have rooms available so we end up having to go to a different hotel. they don't offer is a ride to the new hotel, they don't do anything to make it better whatsoever.

Not what i paid for. The room i reserved was not the room i booked.Room was not cleaned the best. Apparently there was no more rooms and i was thrown into anything even though i booked in advance.

Not as good as others we have stAyed in. There was old soap from the person before.

Dissatisfied Unfortunately, our poor experience started when the reservation was moved from Geddes Ave. Upon arriving we were told that we would need to go to a sister property at Easter Ave. When we arrived there we were then directed to a third sister property on Costilla Ave. At Costilla, the room was noisy, with a well worn bed and strange odor. Smelled The room smelled like varnish and bleach and the curtains were damaged so hung down below the window line and didn't block light. No coffee maker either.

Dirty. The carpet was dirty and ratty. Mold in the shower. Lady at the front desk had attitude problems.

Filthy I don't think the room was cleaned before I checked in. There were particles of food on the floor. Different types of hair all over the bathroom, on the toilet, sink and shower floor / walls. Chunks of used soap in the bottom of the tub. Urine spots on the tub and all over the toilet. All of the kitchen items that were supposedly included with the room were not present. I did not need them so it wasn't a big deal to me but they were explained as standard items in each room.

The hotel grounds needed some attention. Outside my room was an accumulation of cigarette butts that appeared to have been there for some time. Just an overall sense of lack of attention.
