Reserved a king suite got a queen room. Not happy. Paid for a king suite got a queen room instead. Totally not happy.
Needs improvement The room was fine, but the trash and filth in the stairways was terrible!
Trashy hall way trash underneath the steps. They put room together with people who smoke with nonsmokers. So smell smoke thought the night n day.
Public Health Concern I drive into Denver around 12:30 at night after a 14-15 hour drive from Chicago. Unfortunately, I made the inaccurate assumption that our hotel room would be sleepable. My mother and I got into the room and plopped down after being exhausted from our drive. However, we woke up to a nightmare. I didn't expect a Ritz Carlton, but I did expect a livable hotel room -it was extremely concerning, especially the blood stained comforter and the feces-ladden towel.
okay i guess i enjoyed it up till one of the staff ladies had a attitude with me she was rude to me after i had been there for almost a month and i was late so i had to wait outside the room. i had my hands full and needed to go to the room to drop off the stuff. she was rude and refused to let me back in the room after almost a month of me paying rent there every day I basically had to argue with her to let me put my stuff in the room so I didn't have to carry it around then she proceeded to tell the manager that I was bein... read more
Unpleasant Loud music and barking dog in next room. When I went to lobby to request a different room I was guilted and given a hard time about switching to a room where I could get some sleep. Overall unpleasant stay. Breakfast is not really breakfast at all just some granola bars and cheap mini mart style muffins. Denver tech area is a nice location but this hotel seems out of place.
Never again There was trash under bed hair in tub heart did not work so well and for it being non smoking it was like during in ash tray
