Not again A disappointing experience. The hotel where the reservation was made was a central point where they farmed you out to other properties they managed. Once I got there, I found the room open, in the middle of the night, and I was about 30°. As I close the windows, it became obvious that there had been a large animal in the room because the windows were covered with slobber. We never stay that night they over booked so end drive back for two hours home this never happens to us very bad experience
GOOD ECONOMY bad expedia Expedia overbooked me. I drove 30 min south from airport when i needed to be north. I booked do to positive reviews and affordability. Most hotels in this price range you have a concern for the illegal activity and while watching. Because of location and reviews i went. EXPEDIA overbooked. I arrived to an occupied hotel and was sent to a different location. The decision of me choosing a hotel location was stripped from me. My search was irrelevant.
Hotel was fine for the price. Hotel seemed fine for last minute booking and the price paid. On closer look, the bedspread seemed to have stains (bodily fluids?) and the under blanket was very old and thin. Stripped them off & turned up the heat. There was no ice machine at the hotel. Told to fill the ice trays in the room or go to the store. Refrigerator never got cold enough to freeze ice trays (overnight). Our leftover dinner spoiled. On the positive side, very quiet, peaceful and I saw that it’s pet friendly.
Personnel wasn't friendly. Hotel conditions was like an old hotel
No rooms available Was told no rooms were available after I made a reservation already and to try another Extended Stay location.
