Staff not helpful. Locked out of my room for hours. Filthy rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel was full Booked through Expedia, got to the hotel and they didn’t have a room for me. Said Expedia should’ve emailed me but Expedia said they were never notified. Took over an hour to get a new hotel.

Find another place The first room I unlocked, I found a man laying on the bed watching TV, it was so shocking!!! Then the SecoND room was disgusting, it smelled like smoke and stench, not sure if it was body odor or??? The receptionist answer to the horrible room was tgat people can sometimes stay up to 10 years!!!

Needs a really good cleaning Room was dirty. Really dirty. Booked room not available when I checked in.downgraded and had to argue to have the price on my booking honored. Less than professional staff.

Room not cleaned, peoples stuff was left in room The bed was made, and the shower was wiped down. There were new towels, and the trash was emptied. As far as this being a kitchenette, I had 1 plastic water glass, a couple of plates and some silverware. I had to pick from a list of cookware I would be needing. The staff said they would look around to see if anything was available. They found me one more plastic water glass. I had to go out to eat for every meal, and never got to cook.
