They kept full trash cans under the stairs to my room that made the whole place reek. There was stains on the bedding and bugs all over the floor in the bathroom. The people were nice but the place was a dump.
Bad choice, but it was a bed when we needed one. I would not recommend this hotel... on a Saturday night, there were parties going on, loud music, and the stairwell was nasty and filled with garbage.
Horrible stay When we first arrived the room they put us in smelled like smoke very bad, it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Then we had move to another room and we didn't have hot water until after 6 pm. We had to go to a rehearsal dinner and couldn't shower before hand. I would like a call back from a manager about our stay.
What a DUMP! Beds are horrible. Rooms are not clean and are in terrible condition. I cant believe the Extended Stay brand would put their name on this property.
When I arrived, it was 9 pm, I had driven 8 hours and had to be in a workshop at 8 am the next day. The first room I was given was next to a group of young guys who were smoking, partying and had the music loud, and I don't think the front door had been cleaned in a very long time. It was gross. Second room was better, did not smell like smoke (had requested N/S) There was a used bar of soap on the bathroom sink counter, a used dixie cup as well as potota chips crumbs under the bed. Swful Absolutely awful. Very dirty. No amenities in room. Had to ask at desk for soaps, shampoos etc...not even a glass to drink out of!! Never stay again.
This location of Extended Stay America is awful Awful. Not only was most the hotel under construction but the room we had was filthy. We were supposed to stay two nites left after one and had to pay for the second nite anyways and didn't care cuz this place was so awful. It should NOT be in the DTC
