don't stay here Very outdated...not clean....stains on sheets...room wasn't ready at check in...had to wait for them to "clean"...one towel in room...very little parking

reserved a smoking room, none avail. upon check in,,,toilet in room was not securely bolted to floor,,,room was dated,,,first and last time I stay at an extended stay america

Nice quiet 1/2 hotel The refrigerator spoiled my food by not having magnets that stick like a fridge is supposed to. Otherwise nice.

Worst hotel experience ever Not so pleased with my stay, when I arrived they didn't know I booked through hotels.com and tried to charge my card so I had to wait like 3 days for a refund, got our rooms wrong so a few of us had to sleep on the floor. Wifi sucks and is super slow and breakfast sucks all it is is coffee and muffins. Wouldn't give me my deposit back on one of my rooms customer service was horrible. Would not recommend staying here

Buyer Beware - Stay somewhere else This hotel was a joke! I didnt feel safe, the rooms were gross. Could only stay one night and ended up leaving early and having to find another hotel in the area. Not recommended for families or single women traveling alone.

Good location Door lock broken took five days to get fixed. Room not clean when I checked in. Later a partial cleaning was done. Reported same issue to front desk several times. Breakfast was a joke. Room was old and not maintained

Never checked in I showed up and the only employee didn't have his login for the hotel computer. He couldn't check me in and didn't have a list of other locations available. Someone came and asked for more toilet paper and he said that the hotel was out also.

Hotel had little or no staff... was dirty and there were long waits tocheck in.... Our room was dirty and basic items were missing... we moved and asked for a refund

I Can't Believe This The hotel has no maid service , they use Labor Ready( Temp Service) to clean the rooms . They didn't clean any rooms , they had no clean towels , no shower curtains , we had to ask for soap and bathroom tissue . The staff was horrible , they acted as this was the way things were take it or leave it . The manager Daniel told me if wasn't happy to call there corporate office ! Would not stay there or any Extended Stay again. !!!!
