Not Pretty I expected a lot more from the pictures that I saw online. This hotel was a dump!!! Slow Internet, old and stinks!!

Smelled Room I do not have much problem about the hotel, I guess the customer service was ok. However, my room smelled really really bad. The room had a strong smell of smoking cigarette and no doubts people have been smoking in that enclosed room.

You Don't Want to Stay Here! The exterior of the buildings appear to have been painted within the past year or two and the lighting is excellent. However, housekeeping is at a minimal level as there were cigarette butts in the landscaping and trash under the stairwells. The rooms are vintage 70's and the drapes and spreads appear to have been purchased from a fire sale as nothing is color coordinated. The carpets have not been cleaned in years and were disgusting. SV of the High Plains Trash....everywhere. The lot is dirty. The hot water went out. It's very noisy. I wont stay there again.

Homestead - Inverness The room smelled like dirty laundry or an uncleaned bathroom. The room looked clean so I don't know where the smell was coming from. I stayed for 12 days and supposedly the stay included room service if staying for 7 days or more. On the 8th day I had to ask for it and it still didn't happen until day 10. Staff at the desk seemed to care less for their customers. I won't stay there again.

poor sevice First I reserved a smoking room when booking. They had none when checking in. No ice machine and no ice in freezer. Called front desk to ask about this and he referred me to a nearby liquor store. Never again!

AVOID IT...... Road warrior comments: Being self employed I seek reasonable room rates with acceptable location and service. Location is good, service is bad. Room not cleaned in 5 days of stay. Limited TV channels, bad HVAC, Would have checked out after first night but had paid in advance thru Expedia and no cancellation possible. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. There are other hotels with good locations and equal room rates.

Denver, CO trip When I first got to my room, I noticed there was no TV. The toilet plugged up and the hairdryer did not work. I went to the desk and requested a new room. She told me I would have to wait till after 3 to see if a room was available. Thank god there was. I stayed 4 nights, 5 days with no maid service.

Terrible Rooms This was the worst stay I have had in years . I had booked two rooms .Normally one assumes that the rooms would be close to each other but they were not.. In my room the TV remote did not work. They gave me a replacement but it only partially worked.I The closet doors were off the tracks and did not work., The chair by the bed was stained and dirty.In the other room the TV did not work at all. In both rooms the bed mattresses were broken down and should have been replaced . i would not stay there again.
