Bad Experience Had terrible time.Room was not cleansed and in spite of multiple reminders it was not cleaned.

Planned a long stay, exited early. Pros: The staff was nice. Cons: Everything else. The pictures are extremely misleading. I have never stayed in a more deplorable place. I booked the room for 5 nights, and found somwhere else to stay after 3. As the nice lady at check-in said "the rooms are cleaned once a week". Apparently not even that. Dirty Very gross!! Other than clean linens the rooms were not clean. We had a king suite w two baths and both bathrooms had very dirty floors (little black curly hairs and not just one or two but tons) and all the corners and edges of floor had visible dirt and grime. Had not been thoroughly cleaned. We ended up checking out early and moving down the street for an extra $15 a night and the difference is worlds better. Also the bed was very very hard and I can usually sleep anywhere!!

disappointing stay Very bad beds. made it hard for Tall person to sleep. kitchen was miss matched dishes and missing forks or spoons made it hard to cook.

Wouldn't stay again Room had not been cleaned from previous stay. Sheets half off the bed and dirty. Used towels on floor in bathroom with full trashcan

Disappointing The room was recently painted but it smelled like an ashtray. I specifically requested non smoking. The staff we encountered were polite and helpful.
