Homestead Cheap without service This place just does not feel right. The staff is not helpful. At the end of my trip I decided that there is balance between price and comfort. This hotel is very affordable but it does not deliver with comfort and convenience.

Horrible Customer Service I am giving this hotel a 1, but would give a rating zero if I could. I booked a hotel online for a queen non-smoking room. When I went to check in, the rude woman, Vera, said they didn't have any non-smoking rooms and only smoking rooms. I said I booked this online and displayed that you had non-smoking rooms availale. She then said, oh, well, we don't have any smoking rooms available either. Needless to say, I was unable to stay there and ended up having to find other accommodations.

decent lodging It was clean and quiet. The check-in was a little drawn out and the remote control for the TV didn't work which seems standard anymore. I would stay there again for the price.

Blood stains on the sheets! Stayed there 1 night. Had small blood stains on the sheets right where your face would be. UCK ! Gross out ! Not a clean place

Homestead south - Hotel Ewww! This "studo suite" is more a glorified flea bag motel. The bed had that lunmpy mattress look and feel. The pillows were a tiny and flimsy square nto suitable for sleep. The full size friedge and stove was nice ..but overall, it was not comfortable for the purpose of resting. Resting is the main purpose.

Not Impressed Toilet ran all night long. Hair in sink. No matress covers. Dirty pillows. I slept in my clothes and couldn't wait until morning.
