I wouldn't book this hotel Pictures are deceiving, corporate pictures. Rundowned and dirty, Bedding ???. No cheap for a pit. Stayed at other Homestead's so I have comparisons.

TRASHED!!! NEVER AGAIN! Our room was FILTHY!!! There was dog/cat hair covering the carpet. The Blanket on the bed was covered with dog/cat hair and we were told that they could not issue another room and new bed linen until the morning cause housekeeping was gone. I carried the blanket to the office, and got covered with dog/cat hair to the point I had to immediately shower. The following morning I spoke to the manager and he did have them change the bed linen and shampoo the carpet, however never offered any sort of compens... read more

Homestead Denver - a disappointment My new husband and I were on our honeymoon and opted to find a lesser expensive hotel so that we could spend our money on better food and events. Our room had no towels, and when we asked they gave us one saying that was all they had. The 2 pillows that were on the bed were about as thick as the sheets, and when we called to get a couple of more, we were told they were all out of those too. Smelly room at Homestead Denver - Inverness The room I was rented had a horrible smell. It had a very musty smell, like sheets that were left in a wet washer for a month. The hotel staff was aware of the odor in the room, yet they continue to rent this room. The staff person told me that they tried to get the odor out of the room, but they were not successful. The room did not meet any reasonable standard for quality. I tried to contact the hotel to address this situation, and they have not responded to date.

Adequate with some issues The location was very convenient and the staff very friendly and helpful. The convenient location also means that there is no escaping highway noise all hours of the day (unless you are in a unit on the backside). There were many young tenants with skateboards and BMX bike; I had no problems but always worried about things getting rowdy.
