Excellent Customer Service I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First off, due to an emergency I had to switch the date of my stay and the hotel front desk attendant was very understanding and did so. Upon arrival I was treated a great attendant. I can't remember her name but I wish I would have. She was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel at home right away and helped me with all my concerns. Decent hotel I stayed one night and was just needing a place to sleep. The hotel provided for that need. It's convenient to the highway and the staff were friendly. The rooms are not up to the standards of say, Hampton Inn, but the price was right.
