I got the wrong room My reservation was for a king size non smoking room. Upon arrival, I was told, we are sold out and do not have that type of room available. I was given a room that was queen bed, smoking room, with cigarettes butts on the floor to boot with a tiny 12 inch TV. Fortunately, after calling hotels.com customer service, who then called the hotel, they made it right and put me in my correct room, and were very apologetic and took great care of me after that.

Good quick stay Nice hotel, clean, friendly. Just needed a place to sleep on my cross country trip. It was just fine for me:)

Hockey Trip Hotel was great for the price but there was a odor in the room like it used to be a smoking room but everything was clean and nice.

Urbandale Exteneded Stay I only had to stay 1 night at this location as I was traveling cross country, but I would of loved to stay longer!! Check in was easy , except that they had to double check to see if room was clean and ready( it was 6pm I would of hoped it was ready) , but the desk clerk was reall nice and checked herself and it was just fine. Room was large enough, clean and bed was very comfortable. Parking was conveniant and area had several options for food and stores. Easy access on and off highway. JUst beware ... read more
