Great room for the money Easy to find, clean, friendly staff. First stay at "extended stay" hotel - was impressed. Only negative I can mention is that the matress was a bit hard, but, I am used to a sleep number bed.

Fantastic Stay Fantastic Stay with a phone even in the bathroom. The only downer was not enough countertop for a george formen grill. Be sure to turn off coffee maker when leaving room. Many sports channels but no scifi. The bed was fantastic, nice and firm.

Perfect for us First stay in an "extended" motel. Desk clerks were friendly, room neat and clean, great value for the money. Was comparable to other places I stayed and paid much more for. I had read description before visit, so knew to take a hair dryer, which was not furnished here. Only negative was that matress was a little hard, compared to what I'm used to (sleep number bed), but, by the 3rd night stay, I didn't notice it anymore and slept like a baby. Will book here again on my next trip to Urbandale!

What an awesome secret. Glad I found out this one. What an awesome hideaway. Thank God that the whole world does not know about these little hideaways because it would be hard to book a studio when I needed to. I am not one for fancy, I am a practial person and these hotels are just that. They are nice, clean and very reasonable. Every travelers dream!
