Excellent quality for the price The hotel was much nicer than the price led me to expect. A tiny but full kitchen, too.

Nice and Clean In the Des Moines Area for business for 2 nights. Was very nice to come back to a room that was beyond clean and comfortable. Travel for job approx 50% of the year and this was one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed. Staff was not the friendliest but your not there to visit them anyway

Extended Stay, Urbandale, Iowa Clean hotel with a 2 burner cook top that was ideal for a long term stay since I was working in Downtown Des Moines. The staff was very friendly & the room was adequate for the stay. The room I was in had a 13" TV. I'm not a big TV person, but when you are away from home it would be nice to watch something. The bed was not comfortable. Felt the same as sleeping on a sheet of plywood.

Basic lodging but very good value Very convenient to highways and business, basic lodging without pool or amenities, but clean and well equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

hotel in Urbandale Location was a little crazy but it was great service and room.

Good hotel for the price I only stayed for one night, but it was a very comfortable night. The rate with this website was a huge discount from the normal price, so I was happy with that. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave too. The bed was comfy and the room was really spacious.
