Business trip - relo I relocated to Iowa and this was a great place to base until finding a permanent home. The room was functional, clean and with the kitchen it was convenient for off hour meals, etc. It has great access to freeways and was very useful for me.

Nice hotel in good location. Was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only negative was we had to ask for a grab and go muffin, as there were none set out. Overall, a very good experience.

Enjoyed the mini kitchen in my room Liked having the mini kitchen in my room and the area is quite and easy to get to off the interstate.

overall we were very satisfied with our stay - hotel was clean and front-desk personnel were very helpful friendly. would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hard to find Instructions tell you to turn at a certain street which appears to dead end. You must turn left and follow around a bend to find the hotel

Okay in a pinch The hotel is showing its wear. The room, while the kitchen area is nice, is rather small and was showing its age. It is located in a convenient location and easy access to Interstate. The complimentary "breakfast" was limited to one drink and one item with a choice of a cereal bar or piece of fruit or an oatmeal packet that you could take back to your room and microwave. Disappointing overall

Des Moines Typical extended stay. The attitude of the desk clerk was bad. When I arrived to check in, I asked for a downstairs room. Her comment was "You get what you get. We are all booked tonight. ". She proceeded to put me in a handicapped room on the third floor. Great customer service huh? I even requested th first floor when i bookef the ropm. Perhaps she was too busy babysitting the young children who were behind the counter or talking to her friends who were at the desk conversing with her. it rubbed me wrong. Room w... read more
