great place Very nice will stay there again
Decent place for the money Obviously it has the typical long term ammenities like a fridge, stove top, microwave and untensils. Comfort of the bed was not as nice as being home, but it wasn't terrible either. It was very close to the job I had there, so convenience was great.
Customer Service Customer Service I checked in Tues 11/13/12 very late and the lady at the counter was awesome! She really helped my check in a smooth one and helped me find a late night snack. Also, the interactions with the others such as the gentleman and lady on Wednesday morning. Just need a pack of coffee in room per night, and a exercise facility.
First time in Des Moines This hotel was a great value. I would stay there again.
Good, basic, large room Good basic value and location for interstate travelers.
The General Manager Regina is extremely friendly and professional and made the experience very pleasant. Lisa at the front desk was also extremely friendly and capable. I travel 40 weeks of the year and it was nice to see 5 star service in a three star hotel. Will stay again.
