Long wait for desk clerk At check in we waited nearly 15 mins for the Desk clerk to come to the front desk. We arrived around 5 p.m to us a busy time in which someone should have been at the desk at all times. We dialed 0 as someone suggested and we could hear the phone ringing the whole time. Another guest who was staying at the hotel, went and found the desk Clerk so we could and another guest as well be checked into our rooms. If we hadn't already paid for our room online we would have walked out

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. If I had any questions or needed anything, they assisted me immediately and got me everything I needed. I offered to go to the front desk to pick some things that needed up, but they said no need we will bring it to you. It took them 5 minutes or less to get it to me that’s awesome. The only thing was in the bathroom was that the trim in there was coming away from the wall and just needed to be secured back to the wall. Overall I would definitely stay again.
