Terrible Hotel This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at!!! It was dirty, no clean towels available, bathtub wouldn't drain, not even a plastic cup to drink out of.

Nasty hotel. nothing nice about this hotel, extremely dirty, for the amount of money we paid to stay, it was severely disappointing.

Heavy mold smell over 3 days! heavy mold smell over 3 days even with a filter change and humidifier in the room. Great service and nice response but if a room is not ready for sleep I would not stay.

nasty and not worth price! Bed was hard as a board...No cleaning unless 8 day stay, linen nasty, ice machine broken, hair on tub... If u need clean towels, you must swap your nasty towels at front desk for clean towels. The phone in the room didn't work nor did I bother since we'll all had cell phones. Just the point that it didn't work. Breakfast..consists of granola bars, coffee and muffins- no fruit, no cereal, no milk. Is it worth the money? nope keep looking.

Keep looking The hotel was very close to shopping and the beach. However, the hotel was not clean, needed towels, blanket nasty. The ice machines broken, carpet very nasty. It is definitely not worth the price.

I will not stay again, nor use Hotels.com Very disappointed!!! When we arrived, we found out that the rate I got was higher than the Hotel could have actually given me by using other Discounts (Military) plus it was overbooked and because we checked in early, we got the last room they had. Also Hotel was not as described on website, but was not very nice. The Hotel Clerks WAS very nice and accommodating...only positive note.

Worse hotel ever, nasty, dirty, terrible. It was horrible, the room was nasty , dirty there were hair in the beds an the towels, the stove top was discusting, the hotel in general had bad smell and it was worse in the room, the people in the front desk was nice but they just change my towel for others with hair too. It was a bad very bad experience we had a horrible noisy night you could hear everything all around the room. I would never recommend this hotel bad experience.

NOT HAPPY CAMPER This Place was Literally the worst place I stayed at, the website is misleading, the stove did not work AT ALL!, outlet in the Restroom was coming out the wall, breakfast was just coffee and a Muffin, there was Trash under the bed when I put my shoes away, the Remote to TV. Came apart, fridge was not Properly cleaned, when I checked in I asked for Veterans Discount receptionist said no, then I asked later then 2nd receptionist said Yes, Ice Machine was Out Of Order, Vending Machine Out of Order, Exercise Roo... read more
