The clerk was rude. The rooms weren't clean (there was food under the edge of my bed) upon arrival nor were they cleaned during our stay. Dirty towels had to be brought to the front desk to be exchanged for clean ones daily. The website said 2 queen beds but they were full size beds.

Just Alright.... Outside grounds need more cleanup....cigarette button ground and some garbage. Needs to be bench outside lobby doors to sit on. Inside lobby doors needs to be cleaner. More breakfast selection

This hotel leaves a lot to be desire... The room was small, the walls and floors were VERY thin, the linen was extremely stiff, thin and uncomfortable, they did not even provide daily housekeeping you had to pay extra for that. We were in a room with a door inside the room that lead to our neighbors who we did not know yet we could here their conversations VERY clearly. Don't do it. Room was not clean. Dust everywhere. Big in the bed and in the refrigerator handle. Hair everywhere too. It looks the cleaning staff did not clean AT ALL. Moved to another room..it was better, but still not really clean. Couldn't give me a refund bc I booked through a third party.

I accidently booked this hotel and didn't realize I had booked it until we had arrived at the property. The room smelled bad and I felt dirty being in the room for the weekend. We kept the window open the entire time we were there otherwise we would of not been able to stand the smell. We had a door to the room next to us and unfortunately could hear everything going on in that room. I will not be staying at an extended stay again.

If it just smelled better The room was clean and in a spend area as far as shopping and food choices. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I interacted with them. The thing that gets me is the room just reeked of smoke and Lysol. Fortunately I could open the window and get some of that gulf breeze, but the smell was just overwhelming.
