Blood soaked through sheets to mattress when we got there. Not a clean place.

Rooms dirty, sheets stained, stunk Nothing like pics, grab and go breakfast was horrible and out most of time, there for 6 days and ice maker only worked one time, elevator was very slow so always took stairs and don't think they ever clean them, halls very dirty, sheets were stained like pee stains, there was literally pee standing on bottom of stool by floor! Have pics! Walls of room were dirty, like hand prints in the them. Never cooked in room because I felt like I would have to bleach all before using any of their cookw... read more

Filthy Hotel, garbage everywhere. Horrible stay, rooms smelled musty garbage constantly piled up everywhere. This place was a joke

It,s a cheap motel. For three nights. That's why I I won't stay there again. If u don't stay a week .there,s no housekeepING. Not the cleanest place. Guess they don't have housekeeper on the weekend.

Reservation changed When we arrived at the motel at midnight we found out that they gave our 2 bed room away for a one bed room. We left disappointed and we were unable to find a room available until 2 am.

A kitchen with No eating utensils. Bad idea Under the beds had not been vacuumed in a very long time. If you have a kitchen the put utensils in it. Only 2 cups to drink from. No coffe pot. I won't stay there ever again.

False advertising! Bates Motel This hotel was highly over priced for what we thought we be a pleasant hotel to stay in. Pictures on the website are totally false and the "breakfast" is blah! Really? Muffins and granola bars? I would only stay in this hotel again if was $25 a night!

Bad experience This hotel took it and changed my room from a double room to a king room...saying it was a upgrade!! But since me and my wife brought the kids with us...it ended up being a problem. I was told that since we booked thru you guys..they didn't think it would be more than just 2 adults...even so...what if we didnt sleep in the same bed!!! Of course it was to late to cancel due to your 3pm cut off time..and the hotel was booked!! Very uncomfortable night to have paid this kind of money.. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! AND MY... read more

Room smelled like fish. Beds are super small and shuttle service was advertised but they did not have one.
