The shelves where I was supposed to put my clothes were not very clean. The hotel gives a little bit the feeling that it was used for a while by low income people who were a bit harsh on the rooms. Nevertheless, it is still a great place to stay: spacious rooms, helpful and friendly stuff, nearby mall, a convenient bus that takes you easily to downtown. There is even a near by stop of the Michigan Flyer, so it is very easy to get to the airport. Overall I was happy with my experience.

Exactly what I was expecting I needed a basic hotel. I wasn't disappointed. Room smelled a bit of old smoke. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Couldn't have asked for a closer location to shopping.

Reasonable Price I enjoyed my stay here as it is located in a convenient spot. The staffs are friendly although not many on site. Internet connection fee is nothing. You should bring your own soap and shampoo. Cleaning is not included, but I think it is OK with this price. Avoid game days as the fee easily doubles.

Nice Room Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Nice quiet location. I will definetly come back to stay the next time I'm in Ann Arbor.

Hotel good but not great My stay at the Extended Stay in Ann Arbor was good, but not great. The room was nice and spacious enough for 1-2 people. The kitchen and front room were convenient. The bed was comfortable too. The room could've been a little better maintained though. There were a few areas that weren't cleaned thoroughly, and some of the furniture was aging and/ or damaged. Location was great, close to the UM campus. Overall, stay was good and convenient.

Not worth the price For the price, this hotel was pretty unremarkable. Housekeeping services only if you pay and the condition of hotel furniture was way underpar (my reclining chair was broken and left permanently reclined). Additionally, the dishes and coffee pot in my room were dirty from previous use...yuck... Nothing says bad housekeeping like smelly dried coffee in the pot, in the percolator and on the spoons. The whole time I was waiting for a cockroach to waltz on by. Fortunately, none materialized.

Baisc accomodation. Good value. Good location. Basic. Clean. Pleasant desk staff.
