comfortable stay We just needed a place to stay while in Ann Arbor for the Winter Classic. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable about the area. If you're looking for really fancy accommodations this is not the right hotel. However, if you just need a comfortable place to rest for the night this is a very good stay.

Good customer service The manager, Erica, is wonderful. After battling with the website that I used to make the reservation, she went above and beyond to allow me to cancel one night of my stay. I had it in writing that this was permissible. However, hotels.com apparently does not honor rules that they set and put in writing. I won't use hotels.com again . . . ever.

Sauna Checked in early, which was extremely helpful. Our room was disgustingly hot. Heater wasn't even on. Had to open both windows fully and turn on ac to try and cool it down. Ended up sleeping with windows open all night. Something seriously wrong with our room. Other then that everything was ok

The hotel staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. It was them that made our experience so great.

Overnight Stay for THE GAME In town for OSU-UM game. Needed a place close to campus and convenience was a must. This worked out well

Extended Stay America Halloween 2013 Overall a nice room....very clean. ...enjoyed the convenience of a full kitchen...very comfortable bed and close to everything....well worth the money.
