Nice Room Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Nice quiet location. I will definetly come back to stay the next time I'm in Ann Arbor.

Hotel good but not great My stay at the Extended Stay in Ann Arbor was good, but not great. The room was nice and spacious enough for 1-2 people. The kitchen and front room were convenient. The bed was comfortable too. The room could've been a little better maintained though. There were a few areas that weren't cleaned thoroughly, and some of the furniture was aging and/ or damaged. Location was great, close to the UM campus. Overall, stay was good and convenient.

Not worth the price For the price, this hotel was pretty unremarkable. Housekeeping services only if you pay and the condition of hotel furniture was way underpar (my reclining chair was broken and left permanently reclined). Additionally, the dishes and coffee pot in my room were dirty from previous use...yuck... Nothing says bad housekeeping like smelly dried coffee in the pot, in the percolator and on the spoons. The whole time I was waiting for a cockroach to waltz on by. Fortunately, none materialized.

Reasonable for the price Spent 4 nights here for a business trip. It is really nice to have the kitchen in the room, as it saves so much money in not having to eat out every night. Just remember to bring your own dish soap, paper towels, and sponge. The staff will not do your dishes, and you must pay $5-$10 for each "room refresh" (replacing towels, making the beds, etc.) I was very disappointed with the wireless internet. Nice little kitchen Nice little kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Well lit with a few dishes provided as well as a personal size coffee pot. Highway traffic sounds audible, but did not bother us. Courteous staff. Tire shop in nearby mall which proved helpful to us!
