Decent The place was decent. The staff was just ok. I picked it for the combination of price and location. The kitchen area was a nice touch for extended stays, but I think for a single night or two, I'd go to a Drury.

Would STAY Again! After spending 4 days in Madison Hts., Extended Stay....this one looked wonderful. I thought the staff was nice. My room was clean, I felt very safe...while my significant other was having surgery at the U of M. Kitchen area was very clean, could not find problem with cleanliness. The room did not smell of any smoke, the walls were not yellowed from age or smoke. I was clean, comfortable room! I would stay again....without a problem!

Weekend trip The staff were very helpful and gave good advice on local info and details. The rooms were a little small and cramped but they were sufficient for our two day stay. Overall it was a great experience but the room could have been a little bit bigger.

Excellent value Rooms are large and have a kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Excellent value - other hotels in the area cost much more. Don't expect daily cleaning (you can pay extra for it) or little shampoo bottles. If you are visiting in Ann Arbor, it's a great deal. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is a bit difficult to find because it's all by itself at the back of the Briarwood mall. Just keep going down the road and eventually you will see the hotel sign.

Mediocre lodging Nothing special. The room was not very clean. Very little guest information available.

Nice Place It was a nice hotel with a nice kitchette and it was clean and relatively comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful.

Bare bones but great location Good size room, good bed. Small bathroom, low quality towels. No hair dryer.
